Change of Mind
As a small business, we do not offer refunds or exchanges for change-of-mind purchases. Please choose carefully, check product descriptions and sizes, and feel free to reach out if you have any questions before ordering.

Returns for Faulty, Damaged, or Incorrect Items
If your item is:

Faulty or damaged

Not as described

Incorrect (wrong item sent)
You may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit in line with Australian Consumer Law.
To be eligible:

Contact us within 7 days of receiving your order.

Please provide your order number and a photo that shows the issue.

Items must be unused and in original packaging (if applicable).
We will review your request and advise on the next steps, including return instructions if necessary.

Return Shipping
If the product is confirmed to be faulty, damaged, or incorrect:

We will cover the cost of return shipping.

If the product is being returned for any reason not covered by ACL, the customer will be responsible for return postage (if accepted by our team).
Refunds
Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the outcome. If approved, your refund will be processed via your original payment method. Please allow up to 5 business days for the refund to appear, depending on your bank or payment provider.
